Returns Policy
Not happy? No Problem, We at ProgressiveGlasses.net always strive for the pleasant experience. Our items are returnable or exchangeable for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames or sunglasses.
If you choose to return, you may return them, within 14 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days from receipt of the item, Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you opted for FREE SHIPPING keep in mind shipping costs will be deducted from your order upon return.
Please email customer service at sales@ProgressiveGlasses.net to inform us regarding the nature of the return to request an RMA #. An RMA # is a (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER).
Without this RMA # a return will not be possible.
The item must be in brand new perfect condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise.
Items must be sent via any Insured Carrier for shipment with Signature Confirmation.
We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us.
Please write your name, address, email address, order number, and date you placed the order on a separate piece of paper. Send this information in the package to our company.
In the event we have to special order an item for you there are no refunds or exchanges.
The items are FINAL SALE.
We do NOT do refunds or exchanges on Prescription Orders eyeglasses and/or custom lense replacements.
Exchange Policy
Sometimes its hard to shop on the internet for items. We want to you rest assure that exchanging items that you are not happy with is easy at ProgressiveGlasses.net. Simply send back the item within 14 days with a short note indicating which item you want to replace with and we will happily make all the neccessary arrangements. If you paid with a credit card we will bill your card for the difference in price or credit your card if there is a credit. Shipping fees will be charged once again. Send to our company.
